Industry integrated training at Fayette Resources is an approach designed to assist businesses in hiring persons with disabilities. This is done by creating a training partnership between our agency's staff and the business' first line supervisors. Job specific skills training is conducted through the placement of an agency trainer onsite within a participating company.

Working closely with the company personnel, the employment specialist analyzes, performs and then teaches an identified job until production goals are achieved. Fayette Resources' industry integrated training is flexible by design in order to match the needs of the employer with the skills of the individuals we support.

• On-site training assistance
• Follow up, employee retraining and upgrading

TAX CREDIT

Companies that hire individuals with developmental disabilities are eligible for tax credits up to $4,500 over a two year period.
